We made it! 100% funded! What an amazing journey this has been so far, we are not even halfway yet! Thank you for being among the first to join us and believe in us to bring Kingless to life!
I know it is cliche, but we could not have done this without all your feedback and support. What’s more, we still have 17 days to go (at the time of writing this)!
Now that the base game funding for Kingless is locked in, we can start to enhance the game further by hitting as many stretch goals as we can.
We are getting closer to our first stretch goal, upgraded card stock. We mentioned this in a previous update, Kingless is currently printed on high-quality 300gsm linen finish card stock with a high-quality core. With this upgrade, we will take it up to a slightly thicker card stock at 310gsm with a premium core upgrade for added card stability and longevity - Giving the cards that ultra-premium feel. While maintaining that high-quality linen finish.
Moving on from the card stock, If we hit A$30,000 we will include a limited edition Kingless coin within every box. This will only be available for the first print run of Kingless!

80% Funded & Stretch Goal Update

Hi Everyone, we hope you are all safe and well and had a restful Easter.
We just wanted to put up a quick message to say thank you once again. Kingless is currently sitting at over 80% funded with 22 days left to go.
If you missed it, Kingless is now available to play on the Steam Workshop via Tabletop Simulator. Hopefully, this will allow you to try out the game with some friends and family while we are all socially distancing at home at the moment. We are across all the socials and would love to see your screenshots from Tabletop Simulator!
Your support so far has been amazing and if you are looking for another meaningful way to support the project one of the most valuable things you could do would be to share the Kickstarter with your friends and family.
Something a little extra...
We do have some more good news for you. We have been looking into how we can provide the highest quality cards for Kingless. You may have seen our current Stretch Goal is set at A$20,000 for upgraded card stock. We are pleased to announce that we have managed to lower this goal to A$15,000! We are really excited to be able to provide the best cards possible to you all when Kingless ships later in the year.

Gameplay video + Tabletop Simulator

We really wanted to create a video in person to show off how Kingless is played, however with the recent social distancing requirements due to COVID-19, this hasn’t been possible. With that being said, we have put together a short gameplay video using Tabletop Simulator to demonstrate how a typical round of Kingless is played.
We know social distancing is hard, so while we were at it, we have also uploaded Kingless to the Steam Workshop. This will allow you to play on Tabletop Simulator with your friends online. We really enjoy playing Kingless on TableTop remotely, so we hope you do too.
